Adoption and spend per user signals more growth to come for mobile payments

Mobile payments have clearly been valuable during the pandemic as a way to limit our risk to exposure instead of paying with cash or card. In the US, smartphone usage surged to 182 minutes daily, up from 154 minutes pre-pandemic. Mobile payments could continue seeing growth because of new adoptees and an increasing spend per user.
