AstraZeneca's vaccine most likely won't give you blood clot

There has only been 4 cases of blood clot in a million doses or 0.0004%. Being infected by Covid-19 though, leaves you with a 16.5% chance of getting some kind of blood complication. Irrational fear about the vaccine?
