China bonds have defaulted 100 billion yuan this year, and it's only May

Never ever have Chinese corporations defaulted so many bonds. Companies this year have failed to make payments for 99.8 billion yuan or $15.5 billion. Such a level had never been reached before September. Even when the Chinese stock market crashed in 2015, the defaults totaled only 8.9 billion yuan.
