Days where the S&P500 closed below -0.5%

In the last 30 years, there were only 9 days (including yesterday) when the S&P 500 closes at -0.5% or worse, while the Financials & Energy sector closes at +0.5% or better. Other than during the pandemic, these moments only happened after the 2000 tech burst and the 2009 subprime crisis.
