Do you remember Tech in 1999?

In 1999, the Nasdaq had a strong start of the year, topped out in mid July and consolidated for approximately 3 months. We all know what happened after that consolidation, i.e a massive "melt-up". So far in 2020 tech has been great, but topped out in September. If we are to follow the same "psychological" path, tech could be setting up for a break out, especially now that everybody has been busy chasing small caps etc. - source: The Market Ear, Refinitiv
