Has the SPAC market peaked?

The number of SPAC following the expected economic recovery surged, before cratering. Around two thirds of blank check companies which have not announced a deal yet are now trading under $10. Crazy premiums seems to be gone. It also seems that the retail enthusiasm has faltered and that new SEC regulations stating that warrants should be considered as liabilities purely smashed the balance sheet of a couple SPACs.
