Manufacturing remains robust but prices are rising

Manufacturing is recovering steadily from the pandemic. Labor constraints, increasing prices in shipment and dislocated supply chains remain persistent. Demand on the other hand continues to support the production rebound even though measures of new orders and production showed deceleration from previous months. 16 of the 18 manufacturing industries showed growth figure in January.
