Small cap firms rallied more than S&P500 on average despite consumer spending fallout

The Russell 2000 jumped from covid vaccine news, and more so than the S&P 500. It could also be that investors see small-cap firms as being more nimble and adaptable than their large-cap peers. Is this a time to buy into Russell 2000 stocks as vaccine distributions begin ? @Yahoo
