When will I get my free stock?

Once you open and fund your FlowBank account we will credit your account with the free stock. Please allow up to 15 business days for it to arrive.

I made a deposit into my account but I don't see my free stock?

There are a few reasons this may happen.

It may take a few days for your deposit to reach the account.
Your initial deposit was less than 1000 CHF. This is under the requirement for the free stock.
Even if you make a few deposits the system will only record the first one. So make sure the initial deposit requirement is met.

How can I get my transfer fees reimbursed?

It's easy. Contact our customer support at: support@flowbank.com. Send them the proof of the transfer fees. Once approved the reimbursement will be directly credited to your account.

How long does it take to open an account?

Once you submit your details and provide us with the identity documents, your account can be open in less than 10 minutes.
