Esty Dwek: As a member of the Executive Committee and FlowBank's Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Esty is responsible for the investment strategy of the bank. She also heads the Market Research department and plays a key role in developing the bank's educational offerings, among other things. Esty Dwek has over 15 years of experience in finance. Most recently she was the head of market strategy for Natixis IM Solutions. Prior to Natixis, Esty was a global strategist with the emerging markets team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Esty began her career in 2006 at HSBC Private Bank. She holds a B.A. from Princeton University. James Butterfill: James has over 20 years of experience in fund management, investment banking, economics and asset allocation gained most recently as an Investment Strategist at CoinShares. Previously James acted as Head of Research at ETF securities with prior experience as a multi-asset fund manager and investment strategist at Coutts & Co, HSBC & ING Barings. He is a regular media commentator, and frequently appears on Bloomberg TV, CNBC, BBC and other broadcast outlets. Investment Week awarded James best ETF research & best FX Research in 2016 & 2017 respectively. James is currently an investment strategist at CoinShares, writing research whitepapers on investment themes, identifying investment opportunities and helping investors understand the digital asset world.
