Not all tech regained their 2000 bubble peak
If the Nasdaq had already caught-up in under 15 years (and now, well above it), companies like Cisco and Intel never regained their past valuations. Although the situation is different today, with a Nasdaq that seems lees inflated than it was back in 2000 according to Morgan Stanley analyst Andrew Slimmon, there can always be a downturn went you pay a big premium for future promises of tech.
