Uber and Lyft are rallying pre-market after Californian’s vote to exempt them from state labor law
  • Voters were deciding on California’s Proposition 22, a ballot measure that Uber and Lyft were using as a last hope in the state to continue operating as they currently do. The companies had warned ahead of that any increased costs the decision would have been passed on to their customers. Uber jumps 13% while Lyft rallies 16% pre-market (source: CNBC).
