Volkswagen continues to see its recommendations flip to buy

The graph below shows you the more analysts are flipping back their recommendations to buy even though the chip shortage remains in the balance. The average price target continue its rise and this is despite the fluctuations seen in buy recommendations. While Tesla remains the more valuable company, Volkswagen overtook software giant SAP as Germany's most valuable company.
